The number of cases of the novel coronavirus disease in India has crossed the 10-thousand mark, with total cases at 10,363, active cases at 8,988, recoveries at 1,035 and the number of deaths at 339, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

- Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, Maldivian President Ibrahim Soli, Sri Lankan President Gotbya Rajapaksa, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Bhutanese Prime Minister and Nepalese Prime Minister KP Oli attended the discussion.
