UPSC Civil Services Prelims Exam 2017 Fictitious Payment List – The last date to fill the UPSC 2017 Civil Services Prelims Exam application form was on 17th March 2017. Candidates who have filled the form and made the exam fee payment (except those candidates who are exempted from the payment of fee) but for which the Union Public Service Commission has not received any confirmation from the bank regarding the payment of exam fee are considered as fictitious payment. After a week from the closure date of application form filling the commission releases the fictitious payment list on their official website.
IAS aspirants who have filled the form and if it is rejected in such case by the commission then their name would be mentioned in the fictitious payment list, which they can check from the below given list.
Reasons for the rejection of applications
- Due to non-payment of fee
- Confirmation has not been received by the commission from the Bank Authorities regarding the receipt of fee payment of Rs 100/- for Civil Services Exam 2017.
According to the provisions mentioned in the UPSC Notification dated 22.02.2017 for the Civil Services Exam 2017, which was uploaded on the commission’s official website, the application of the below-mentioned candidates for the CSE 2017 have been rejected.
Candidates can appeal for the applications rejected within ten days from the date of fictitious payment list released by the commission. Candidates have to submit the documentary proof (hard copy) of fee payment made through speed post or hand in the below mentioned address

The last date to appeal for the rejection of application in the Commission’s Office would be by 03-04-2017.
Documentary proof to be submitted thru speed post or by hand are:
- If the fee payment is made through cash mode in the State Bank of India or any other designated banks, then the candidates should submit the original receipt of bank-pay-in-slip.
- If the fee payment is made through the debit/credit card or through internet banking of the designated banks then the candidates should submit a copy of their debit/credit card statement or Bank Account Statement. The copy of the statement should be duly validated by bank authorities.
